Appointments

To make an appointment telephone 0114 270 0997. The line is open:

Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, 08:00 – 13:00 & 14:00 – 18:00

Thurs, 08:00 – 13:00

Reception opens from 07:30 for collection of prescriptions and other queries.

Surgery Times

Morning surgeries are held each day between 08:30 and 10:00 - this is an open surgery. You will be seen in turn by a clinician, a doctor or a nurse practitioner.

If you need to see a specific doctor you will need to make an appointment.

Booked appointments with doctors are available at various times throughout the week but mainly:

Hubs

ExtendedHours

If it is deemed appropriate, evening and weekend appointments are available to patients of the practice at one of the GP access centres across Sheffield 18:00-22:00 and 10:00 – 18:00 weekends.

Telephone Consultations

We book telephone consultations each day.

The doctor may be able to sort out your health problem over the telephone - times of telephone calls can vary depending on how busy the G.P's are but are usually around 12:00. You can ring up to 11:00 to request a call.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. 

Because of the high rate of patients not attending appointments we will record this in you medical records and the doctors will act accordingly.

You can text your cancellation to 07781472825 - you will need to leave the relevant details stating your NAME, DATE OF BIRTH and TIME OF APPOINTMENT and who the APPOINTMENT IS WITH.
